Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Once processed, orders typically ship within 3–5 business days.

Shipping and delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays may occur due to shipping carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect shipping information, or circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the personal nature of skincare and haircare products, opened, used, or unsealed products are not eligible for return.

Unopened and unused products may be eligible for return within 10 days of delivery, subject to our Shipping & Returns Policy. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless an item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@purebypc.com. Please include your order number and photographs of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.

Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotional offers and discount codes may be subject to additional terms, expiration dates, exclusions, and purchase requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional offers cannot be combined. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time.
